Today we are very excited to present to you all our 1st release "Mixtape Vol One" from, California raised & Portland based artist, Stereo Serum, coming out as part of Mix Tape Vol. One this Friday via Lofried. Stereo Serum's work is prolifics covering many different unique genres all brought together by his tasteful skills on the keys. With Mix Tape Vol. One he takes a step back in to the roots of what brought us to the genres we are seeing emerge today. With classic samples, laid back percussion & authentic atomsphere, this album touches on all our favorite elements of lofi & trip hop with touches of Stereo Serum's bass music flavor.
The full release is available for free this Friday, Juneteenth, via Bandcamp to align with Bandcamp's pledge to donate their portions of sales for the day to support Racial Justice, Equality, and Change & any donations we recieve will also be directed in full to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund ( www.naacpldf.org ), a national organization that has a long history of effectively enacting racial justice and change through litigation, advocacy, and public education.
None of what we do would be possible without the contribution of Black artists & Lofried, as always, stands in unwavering solidarity of Black Lives Matter.
